Assistant Manager

Description:

Starting pay is $22 hr plus incentive plan

We are looking for a dynamic, versatile individual, who has enthusiasm and a passion for fitness. The desire to provide quality customer service to people with positive energy. You need to be confident in your ability to work in sales (Prior sales experience not required). We will provide sales training. You must be comfortable with the process of selling gym memberships and fitness services. If you naturally love the product and believe in its value, sales will come naturally. Someone who works well with fellow employees and can some managerial duties. Assisting with front desk management and front desk duties. Someone who is comfortable in various job duties, is good at multitasking and has a strong work ethic who has a strong welcoming personality. Must be available to work afternoons and evenings during week days, also have Saturdays available.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and technology in general
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
